About us....

We meet most Sundays at the Clock tower, Carters Green, West Bromwich. 9.00 - 9.15am. We cycle to a different destination (and back) each week with a cafe part way for refreshment

Once out of town we use as many quiet lanes as possible to get away from the traffic. Anybody is welcome so long as you have a bicycle (racing or mountain bike). Under 18's must come to a monthly Club night with a parent to sign an adult consent form, children under 13 can only ride with the club when accompanied by a parent.

Don't worry about getting left behind - we do look after new members. Don't worry about being too fit - the challenges are there for those who want them.
WE TRY TO ACCOMMODATE ALL ABILITIES!
Club members take it in turns to choose the route of Sunday rides, but individual riders are responsible to ensure they ride safely and comply with the highway code.

What to bring on a Sunday Ride (besides your bike)

Bicycle pump, spare inner tube, tyre levers, waterproof jacket , some money for the cafe (and a drink if you have a bottle cage on your bike).

In Autumn/Winter/Early Spring it is advisable to bring lights - it can start getting dark early on a grey December day!!

What does it cost?

To come out and ride with us on a Sunday costs nothing - SO WHAT HAVE YOU GOT TO LOSE!! (you do have pay at the cafes though!!). If you decide you want to ride with the club regularly, you must become a member of the National CTC Organisation. Membership lasts a year, it isn't expensive and has many benefits. For more info come to a monthly club night on the 1st Wednesday of each month or log onto www.ctc.org.uk
